About the Role

Charterhouse is working with an internationally‑recognised, publicly listed wealth‑management firm that is expanding its UAE operation. The firm currently manages over USD 50 billion globally and is now looking to hire a Senior Director – Private Banking to join their DIFC office.

The firm is led by exceptionally experienced bankers, backed by an impressive wealth‑management platform that makes it easy to attract HNI and UHNI. The incoming team of bankers will be given the freedom to grow their book as they see fit, by transferring existing clients and sourcing new clients across multiple jurisdictions.

This role is suitable for bankers who have built their own book of clients through long‑term relationship building rather than inheriting and servicing a book. The successful candidate will receive support and time to transition clients smoothly, encouraging long‑term tenure and fostering YOY growth.

About You

The successful candidate can be based in any country, provided their most recent experience is at a bank or wealth‑management firm working with HNI and UHNI. They should be able to build or transfer a book of clients within the first year. Ideally the role will leverage an international client book that can be introduced to the business as it grows.
