Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior Facilities Management leader for a large-scale, high-footfall asset in Dubai. You will oversee FM strategy, MEP and utilities, cleaning services, contracts, budgets, sustainability and service delivery, aligning with the five-year plan and guest expectations.

You will drive operational excellence, digital transformation and asset performance while managing internal teams, service providers and external stakeholders in a dynamic, UAE-national focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 6–8 years FM experience across large-scale assets.
• Experience with budgeting, cost-control and procurement.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire and life-safety systems.
• Advantageous: experience in theme parks or high-footfall venues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FM strategy aligned with five-year plan.
• Prepare annual FM budgets and resource planning.
• Lead delivery and maintenance of MEP, utilities, and life-safety systems.
• Oversee FM and cleaning services, ensuring high standards.
• Manage outsourced FM contracts, procurement strategy and SLAs.
• Drive cost optimization and asset performance.
• Lead FM digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the FM team.
