Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for Digital Payments and FinTech to lead end-to-end architectures across wallets, remittances, gateways and embedded finance. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, oversee API-led integrations and drive security and regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in payment ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and collaboration with product, engineering, and external partners to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for digital payments platforms and fintech solutions.
• Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns and technical roadmaps.
• Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.
• Design and oversee API-led integrations with banks, processors, KYC/AML, and third-party platforms.
• Architect secure payment solutions in PCI-DSS / ISO 27001 compliance.
• Develop scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures for high transaction volumes.
• Evaluate technologies and frameworks to support growth and digital transformation.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, scalability, security, and DR requirements.
• Provide technical leadership through project lifecycles and governance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to standards.
