Job summary

Tanqeeb, a UAE-based investment group, is seeking a Senior Investment Performance and Value Creation professional to oversee a diverse international portfolio from Abu Dhabi. The role collaborates with senior management, JV partners and portfolio companies to drive value creation.

You will monitor financial and operational performance, lead regular portfolio reviews, and develop KPIs and reporting to support planning and capital allocation decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of relevant experience.
• Background in infrastructure, energy, utilities, or capital-intensive sectors.
• Experience with investment, asset-management or portfolio-performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the financial and operational performance of investments
• Leading regular portfolio and asset reviews
• Identifying opportunities to improve EBITDA, CAPEX and OPEX
• Developing performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting
• Supporting business planning and capital-allocation decisions
• Leading value-creation initiatives across the portfolio
