Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead day‑to‑day management of segregated portfolios in a global Web3 fund. You will steer investments across DeFi, CEXs and real‑world assets, overseeing custody, trade execution, and on/off‑chain processes in a hands‑on capacity.

The role blends institutional portfolio management with digital‑asset expertise, requiring strong risk controls, compliance, and collaboration with custodians, fund administrators, and external managers.

Qualifications

• Extensive portfolio management or investment operations exposure.
• Experience with digital assets, DeFi, multi‑manager crypto funds, or institutional trading environments.
• Knowledge of custody, trade execution, NAV and fund administration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved portfolio transactions and strategies across DeFi and CEX.
• Manage fund operations, including custody, fiat/USDC movements, and reconciliations.
• Oversee risk controls, AML/KYC support, compliance with Investment Committee directives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and coordinate with administrators, custodians, auditors and legal advisers.
