Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. seeks a professional Radiography Sonography Specialist to perform a range of ultrasound procedures in a high-demand clinical setting. You will apply detailed anatomy knowledge to capture high-quality images and ensure images are ready for Radiologist review.

Responsibilities include preparing images for reporting, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and infection control standards while coordinating with medical staff and patients.

Qualifications

• NLT 2 years post graduate ultrasound experience in an acute care hospital.
• Doppler, obstetric/gynecology and abdominal sonography experience.
• Current professional licensure and certification.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sonography imagery procedures in accordance with departmental policies and protocols.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Forward images to Radiologist for review and reporting.
• Provide a preliminary report of sonography examinations for interpreting physicians.
• Maintain safe and competent use of Ultrasound equipment and keep the working environment clean.
• Input radiological images into the Hospital PACS system.
