Job summary

Qualifications

• NLT 2 years post graduate experience in ultrasound in an acute care hospital, including Doppler and OB-GYN.
• NLT 2 years as a senior ultrasound radiographer in an acute care hospital.
• NLT 4 years post graduate experience in ultrasound in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties.
• Performing all Ultrasound imagery procedures and evaluating image quality.
• Forwarding images to Radiologist for review and reporting.
• Ensuring safe and competent use of radiology equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Communicating with clinical staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
