Qualifications

• Planning and delivery of DHCC developments aligned with strategies, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• End-to-end development lifecycle: feasibility, master planning, design, procurement, construction, contracts, handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, investors, sub-developers, tenants and authorities for delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor engineering activities, design reviews, permits, site inspections, claims, variations and payment certifications.
• Due diligence, negotiations and contractual arrangements with investors and sub-developers through project completion.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls, SLAs, and risk management practices.
• Maintain development data, land transactions and investor records for due diligence and reporting.
• Evaluate development opportunities and coordinate feasibility studies and development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across development processes and delivery practices.
• Prepare budgets, phasing, cash flows, procurement plans and schedules with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing and future DHCC developments ensuring alignment with approved strategies, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Direct the end-to-end development lifecycle including feasibility, master planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, investors, sub-developers, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor engineering activities, technical reviews, permits, site inspections, and resolution of issues.
• Administer investor and sub-developer due diligence, negotiations and contractual arrangements through project completion.
• Establish governance, controls and SLAs to promote compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain development data, land transactions and investor records for reporting and due diligence.
• Evaluate development opportunities with multidisciplinary teams to develop feasibility studies and development plans.
• Drive process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality and asset value.
• Support budgets, phasing strategies, cash flow projections, procurement plans and development schedules with stakeholders.
