Job summary

IMKAN Properties is seeking a Senior Design Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead design management across a portfolio of projects from concept to completion.

You will oversee design consultants, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with Development, Projects, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Sales teams while ensuring quality and UAE regulatory compliance.

• Lead design and development activities across the project lifecycle
• Manage design consultants, deliverables, budgets, timelines and quality
• Coordinate with Development, Projects, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Sales teams
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Lead design reviews, technical coordination and project presentations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Engineering or Master Planning
• Proven experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary projects
• Strong technical, design review, budget and project delivery skills
• Good knowledge of UAE authority regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks and MS Office
