Job summary

White Space Recruitment Ltd is helping a Dubai-based architectural studio recruit a Senior Design Architect to lead luxury projects from concept through construction documentation. This role demands strong design flair, technical excellence, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams across the project lifecycle in the Middle East.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive design

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, resort, mixed-use, or masterplanning projects.
• Experience leading projects from concept design to IFC.
• Strong design and technical delivery capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and teams.
• Advanced Revit proficiency from day one.
• Experience in Middle East projects preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from client engagement to IFC documentation.
• Develop concept design proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Drive design development and technical coordination across stages.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and building regs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio growth.
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews.
• Manage multiple projects with strong design and technical quality.
