Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist for a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE. This position focuses on demand forecasting, import logistics, and inventory management to support Talabat’s expanding operations in grocery and q-commerce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, and import operations.
• Background in grocery retail or fast-moving consumer goods environment preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI reporting tools.
• Knowledge of import processes, Incoterms, and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales and market trends.
• Manage and improve import shipment clearance processes in compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with teams to reduce costs and improve clearance timelines.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using BI tools for decision-making.
