Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior delivery lead to orchestrate end-to-end enterprise integration and platform services across value streams in Abu Dhabi. You will align delivery with enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements, and architecture while driving SAFe/DevSecOps practices to accelerate digital transformation.

You will lead multiple teams, manage roadmaps and dependencies, and report on KPIs such as velocity, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale integration and platform programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API platforms, and cloud-native delivery models.
• Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners.
• Deep understanding of banking technology landscapes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Exp Overall: 10+ Years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise integration and platform programs across multiple value streams.
• Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across internal and external teams.
• Drive the adoption of agile delivery models, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure platform services.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Champion delivery governance, quality assurance, and audit readiness across initiatives.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain capacity planning, resource forecasting, and vendor management for delivery execution.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Track and report delivery KPIs, including velocity, quality, risk, and financial metrics.
• Promote a culture of transparency, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
