Job summary

DeepSource Technologies in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior MS SQL & Oracle Database Engineer to manage critical database infrastructure in a banking environment. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle databases, including on-premises clustering, replication, DR, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on MS SQL and Oracle experience.
• Strong on-premises MS SQL clustering experience.
• Strong Oracle clustering experience.
• Hands-on replication and DR experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning of MS SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support MS SQL Server and Oracle databases in a banking environment.

• Support replication between primary production and DR sites.
