• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years hands‑on MS SQL and Oracle experience.
• Experience with on‑premises MS SQL clustering.
• Experience with Oracle clustering on‑premises.
• Experience with MS SQL and Oracle replication.
• Experience with DR sites and DR replication environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting and SQL query performance tuning.
• Banking experience is mandatory.
• Strong collaboration with infrastructure, application, and network teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support MS SQL Server and Oracle databases in a banking environment.
• Manage and maintain on‑premises MS SQL and Oracle database clusters.
• Configure and support database clustering, replication, and DR environments.
• Support database replication between production and DR sites.
• Troubleshoot complex database availability, performance, and connectivity issues.
• Perform advanced tuning of MS SQL queries.
• Analyze query execution and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of database environments.
• Support incidents and perform root‑cause analysis with other teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams to resolve issues.
