Job summary

STYLI is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to independently own high-impact Data Science initiatives from problem framing to productionization. You will work with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact and contribute guidance to the wider Data Science team.

The role emphasizes building robust data pipelines, deploying models, evaluating experiments, and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for production-ready DS code.
• Experience building, evaluating and deploying ML models with measurable impact.
• Experience owning multiple DS initiatives end-to-end.
• Understanding of bias, leakage and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems using data and ML.
• Own DS projects from framing to deployment.
• Extract and analyze large datasets; design training datasets.
• Build and tune models with baselines.
• Conduct error analysis for bias and data quality.
• Design experiments to estimate business impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to productionize solutions.
• Monitor model quality post-launch.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders.
