Required: 5+ years in data science, advanced Python, and experience with AI/ML in banking; Masters preferred. Flexible remote options and strong MLOps capabilities are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data science experience with AI/ML and cloud deployments.
• Strong banking processes knowledge and GenAI experience preferred.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s in AI/ML preferred.
• Advanced Python for AI/ML development and data manipulation.
• Experience with transformers, GenAI, and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced data science solutions to support the organization’s AI strategy.
• Lead design and execution of analytical models ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Drive design and deployment of AI/ML models to optimize core operations.
• Build ML pipelines using Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMaker with CI/CD integration.
• Fine-tune LLMs with LoRA/PEFT and evaluate with BLEU/ROUGE metrics.
