Job summary

Astra Tech Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager, Data Protection and ESG to design and sustain the group’s data protection and ESG frameworks across local and international entities, including CBUAE, FSRA, and DFSA regimes.

You will lead DPIA, LIA, RoPA, data subject rights, vendor contracts, and ESG disclosures, coordinating with Legal, IT, HR, Risk and Compliance to embed privacy and sustainability into products and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data protection, privacy, ESG, or regulatory compliance, with senior management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Discharge Data Protection Officer responsibilities and monitor compliance across entities.
• Maintain RoPA, data inventories and data flow maps.
• Draft and approve DP policies aligned to UAE PDPL, CPR and global standards.
• Lead DPIA, TIA, LIA processes for new products, services and changes.
• Embed privacy and ESG clauses into MSAs, DPAs and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate ESG disclosures and regulate data flows for sustainability reporting.
• Deliver group-wide data protection and ESG training and awareness.
