Job summary

e& UAE is seeking a senior MEP and Data Center project leader to drive concept-to-closeout for greenfield and brownfield developments. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop technical bid documents, and scrutinize contracts while aligning with energy-saving strategies and sustainable designs.

You will oversee feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and coordination with consultants, vendors, and authorities, ensuring successful project delivery and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in MEP and data center projects.
• BE and MBA with industry certifications.
• Technical project management and tendering skills.
• Budgeting, cost control and contractor relations.
• Experience in telecom and data center engineering.
• Knowledge of design, development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects, greenfield and brownfield data centers.
• Provide technical guidance from concept to commissioning.
• Develop bid documents and evaluate tech and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors, and AHJ representatives.
• Ensure on-time delivery and close-out of projects.
• Support internal facilities teams for operations.
• Verify running bills, invoices and close-out settlements.
