Job summary

Oracle in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the build of data centers with colocation providers, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple sites.

You will oversee risk management, start-up and commissioning activities, and coordinate contracts with external vendors while ensuring alignment with approved designs and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center construction projects with colocation providers.
• Strong ability to develop schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent coordination between design, construction and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Leads data center construction with colocation providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Creates and manages detailed project schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
• Implements quality control processes and oversees commissioning and startup phases.
• Acts as primary contact with colocation providers and manages vendor contracts.
• Oversees installation of power, cooling, networking and structured cabling systems.
