Job summary

TechMantra Global is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture initiatives in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will drive data platform design, governance, and end-to-end traceability across Medallion and Lakehouse architectures.

The role requires deep experience with data modelling, data lineage, and stakeholder engagement across multi-vendor programmes. The ideal candidate will mentor other architects and data modelers, define architecture standards, and ensure governance and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in data architecture or related fields.
• Strong experience in enterprise data architecture and data modelling.
• Experience with data lineage and end-to-end traceability.
• Knowledge of 3NF and dimensional data models.
• Experience with ARB or Design Authority processes.

Responsibilities

• Chair architecture reviews and lead data modelling reviews.
• Define and refine architecture governance standards and guidelines.
• Review and validate Medallion and Lakehouse architecture designs.
• Validate Bronze, Pre-cleansed Silver, Modeled Silver and Gold data layers.
• Verify end-to-end data lineage from source systems to Gold layer.
• Mentor architects and data modelers and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data designs meet quality, scalability, governance and traceability standards.
