Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, virtual environments, and content development.
• Expertise in Azure and AD security, threat hunting, and hardening techniques.
• Experience with AI-assisted development of security tooling to automate responses.
• Strong ability to translate complex threats for diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership and mentorship across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: design immersive cybersecurity labs and scenarios.
• Mentor teammates to raise technical bar and clarity.
• Collaborate across teams to keep labs up-to-date and relevant.
• Content Engineering: build training environments with VMs, cloud, automation.
• Develop and test complex lab environments for a great learner experience.
• Troubleshoot lab integration issues with precision and flair.
• Apply technical expertise to create realistic, scenario-driven challenges.
• Stay on the bleeding edge by incorporating emerging threats and defense tactics.
