Job summary

BrainLake Advertising LLC is seeking an experienced Functional CRM Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise CRM for large organizations.

You will run discovery workshops, shape the functional architecture across sales, service, and marketing, and ensure go-live success with adoption and training. A track record of multi-workstream CRM implementations and client-facing delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM or customer engagement.
• 6+ years in functional lead or architect roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM on multi-workstream programmes.
• Deep implementation experience on leading CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture objectives and requirements.
• Map and redesign end-to-end customer processes (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, case mgmt).
• Define functional CRM architecture across sales, service, marketing, and field ops.
• Support CRM platform selection, evaluation, and fit analysis.
• Lead testing from a functional perspective and define acceptance criteria.
• Shape training, change management, and adoption plans for go-live.
