Job summary

Brainlake Advertising LLC seeks a highly technical Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise customer engagement platforms for large, complex organizations. This hands-on, client-facing role blends stakeholder workshops with technical design reviews to shape architecture across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology with focus on CRM/ERP platforms.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, security models, and governance.
• Experience designing across Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, Copilot).
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and production go-lives.
• Background in consulting or SI environments and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to capture objectives and current processes.
• Define end-to-end target architectures across Dynamics 365 modules and Data/ Journeys.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable solutions combining low-code and custom development.
• Document key architectural decisions, fit-gap assessments, and data migration approaches.
• Design Dataverse data model and security architecture, including data residency considerations.
• Design integrations with ERP, marketing, telephony, identity, and data platforms using Azure services and APIs.
• Define Power Platform solution approach including Copilot Studio.
• Provide technical leadership through design/code reviews and ALM with Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data privacy compliance across regions.
• Prototype approaches to reduce delivery risk and explore AI/ Copilot opportunities.
• Advise on platform roadmap, licensing, and adoption best practices.
• Produce architecture artefacts: designs, integration specs, data models, decision records.
