Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is seeking a qualified HSE professional to supervise and enhance Health, Safety and Environment programs across projects, in liaison with the Group HSE Function. You will implement ADNOC policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with EIA/HSEIA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

You will lead safety and environmental workstreams, review design inputs, run audits, and develop training and procedures to maintain a 100% HSE culture on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science field.
• 8 years' experience in safety engineering and HSE management systems.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Membership in a recognized International Safety Engineering Organization is preferable
• Diploma in Health and safety Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop HSE programs, procedures, and training in liaison with Group HSE Function.
• Inspect environments and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Supervise assigned personnel in the unit.
• Prepare annual HSE reports for top management.
• Lead implementation of ADNOC guidelines and Codes of Practice related to HSE.
• Ensure project sites maintain 100% HSE culture and compliance.
