Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to lead the assessment and management of credit risk for Leasing and Inhouse Finance within its Automotive divisions. You will perform detailed portfolio analytics, help develop risk policy guidelines, and provide underwriting support for diverse credit applications across regions.

You will escalate cases, contribute to governance, and drive reporting dashboards, with a focus on improving risk decisioning, policy compliance, and technology deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in automotive finance.
• Strong analytical skills for detailed risk assessments.
• Experience with regulatory and technical matters affecting automotive financing.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Credit Risk Assessment for Leasing and Inhouse Finance.
• Assist development of a Credit Risk Framework including Policy Guidelines and Portfolio Management.
• Perform analytics of underwritten portfolios and collections data.
• Create Risk reporting dashboards for various segments and countries.
• Monitor key credit risk metrics relate to product, channel, exceptions, and vintage performance.
• Document performance versus risk profiles and provide improvement suggestions.
• Develop analytics to support changes to credit policies.
• Underwrite Lease applications from Individuals for up to 2 units, and Corporates for up to 30 units.
• Underwrite Credit applications from Individuals for amounts up to AED 200k and Corporates for up to AED 1 million.
• Submit Risk Newsletter and related governance decks within deadlines.
• Support deployment of IT systems and technology infrastructure.
