• Ensure compliance with Credit Middle Office policies and UAE regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee facility documentation and collateral documentation, ensuring legal adequacy.
• Coordinate with Legal and Credit teams to finalize offers and agreements per approved credit.
• Maintain MIS and SLA reports, monitor processing times and workflow efficiency.
