Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of Credit risk policies and CCD/Credit administration functions.
• Understanding of Islamic Banking asset and liability products.
• Strong analytical ability with solid PC skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure credit approvals align with the Delegation of Lending Authority.
• Prepare and review Facility and Security documents bilingually.
• Vet executed Facility Agreements and Security documents per policies and Sharia guidelines.
• Ensure timely registration/perfection of collaterals per laws and CCD SOPs.
• Maintain facility limits, collateral records and risk grades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, legal and Sharia.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Handle offshore/cross-border documents per jurisdiction.
