Job summary

TAIT seeks a Senior Creative Director to lead the creative development of diverse projects, from concept to installation. You will mentor teams, drive IP-based ideas, and ensure brand alignment while navigating complex stakeholder environments.

You will participate in proposals, shepherd narratives and scripts, and collaborate with content and production leads to deliver compelling guest experiences on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Humanities, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 12+ years of storytelling, ideation & leadership with major clients and high-level stakeholders.
• Significant client-facing experience and portfolio in entertainment/experiential projects.
• Strong collaboration and multi-team leadership across projects.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the creative direction for major, multidisciplinary guest experiences.
• Lead from pitch through final installation and mentor creative teams.
• Drive concepts, IP work, and ensure brand/IP alignment across stakeholders.
• Oversee briefs, outlines, scripts; develop mood boards and references.
• Ensure feasibility, manage scope, schedule, and budgets with PM/PE.
• Present to clients, senior leadership, and at industry forums.
