James Patrick in Dubai is seeking an Associate Creative Director to push creative boundaries, inspire teams, and turn ambitious ideas into unforgettable brand experiences. You will lead the journey from the first idea to the final experience, with a hands-on leadership approach that keeps you close to the craft and the result.

You'll mentor talent, steer experiential design, and collaborate with strategy, studio and production to deliver standout brand moments across the GCC.

Formación

• 8+ years of creative experience with experiential focus.
• Portfolio of executed brand experiences, activations or launches.
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling and visual judgement.
• Ability to lead creative teams while staying close to the work.
• Solid understanding of experiential design, fabrication and production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop original, insight-led concepts that bring brands to life.
• Create narratives, immersive environments and memorable audience experiences.
• Lead creative thinking and direction across key projects and pitches.
