Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead the creative development across diverse projects, guiding concepts from ideation through production. The role requires steering high-level creative work, mentoring teams, and ensuring brand and IP alignment while engaging with major clients and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with producers, content heads, and leadership to deliver extraordinary experiences, traveling as needed and thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, Humanities, or related field.
• 12+ years of storytelling, ideation, and leadership in the industry with major projects.
• 12+ years of client-facing and handling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Visualize and communicate the overarching creative vision clearly.
• Lead creative across all phases: concept, design, tender, production, installation/programming.
• Drive pitches and proposals with internal teams; lead kick-offs and sessions.
• Develop, write, and lead IP-based concepts; ensure brand/IP alignment.
• Mentor talent and manage cross-functional teams; inspire with creative rigor.
• Own narrative deliverables: briefs, summaries, treatments, outlines, scripts; mood boards and storyboards.
• Ensure feasibility with SMEs; manage scope, schedule, budget; mitigate risks.
• Maintain creative quality; lead client/stakeholder presentations and present materials.
