Job summary

Agoda seeks an experienced competition/antitrust lawyer to support global business across APAC and Europe. You will advise on regulatory inquiries, disputes, consumer protection and platform regulation while coordinating cross-functional teams and external counsel.

The role requires strong business judgment and effective communication with senior stakeholders. You will work with product, marketing and governance teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across multi-jurisdictional matters,

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in competition/antitrust, disputes, regulatory or consumer law.
• Experience in APAC and/or EU competition, consumer or digital-regulation is advantageous.
• Ability to advise on complex, fast-moving matters with practical business impact.

Responsibilities

• Advise on competition law risks in partnerships, pricing, and platform conduct.
• Support regulatory inquiries, investigations and dawn-raid preparedness.
• Manage and support litigation, disputes, consumer claims and arbitration.
