Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji International FZE in Dubai seeks an experienced Cost Control professional to lead budgeting, planning, and cost tracking across civil/building contracts. You will coordinate with stakeholders, prepare WBS, and manage SAP-based cost flows including EV, CTD, ETC, and EAC.

The role requires 8–12 years of GCC cost control experience, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying.
• 8–12 years of cost control experience in civil/building contracting projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of cost control tools and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and construction budgeting principles.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and planning for PSE budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Create WBS and upload approved PSE in SAP.
• Conduct rate analysis for direct works and cost analysis for preliminaries staff cost.
• Generate cost estimate summaries aligned with approved PSE and transfer budgets to SAP.
• Prepare Cost to Complete (CTC) statements including EV, CTD, ETC, and EAC in SAP.
• Prepare project cash flow statements and monthly variance reports.
• Coordinate with QS for quantity take-off and updates in SAP.
• Support EOT cost claims with central EOT team.
