Job summary

KPMG Lower Gulf in the UAE seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager within Financial Risk Management and Corporate Treasury to advise corporate clients on treasury strategies, liquidity management, hedging, and systems selection and implementation.

You will lead multiple treasury projects, manage teams, develop client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and stay current with evolving corporate treasury practices and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years in corporate treasury or consultancy/Big 4.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong numerical skills with evidence of advanced financial modeling.
• Experience in analytical and treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement treasury strategies, policies and operating models.
• Manage cash/liquidity management processes and hedging strategies.
• Lead treasury systems selection and implementation.
• Deliver multiple treasury projects on time and within budget.
• Lead and motivate treasury teams; manage client relationships.
• Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales activities.
