The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate law, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of DLD and RERA. This in-house role offers strategic influence and long-term growth within a luxury real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Expertise in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge, especially DLD/RERA.
• In-house or corporate practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A and private equity deals end-to-end.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate finance and governance.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, shareholder agreements, and JV docs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and regulatory bodies.
