1inch is seeking a senior corporate IP lawyer to safeguard and develop its intellectual property portfolio while supporting M&A, group reorganizations, and broader corporate needs across engineering, IT, finance and marketing teams.

You'll structure protections across the technology stack, coordinate filings worldwide, draft licenses and assignments, and help shape the group’s governance and compliance in fast-moving crypto environments.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of legal experience with a focus on intellectual property.
• Experience managing patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Proven record supporting M&A and group reorganizations from an IP perspective.
• Strong understanding of Dubai local law and US patent law.
• Ability to translate legal obligations into operational processes and controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage global IP portfolio including patents, trademarks and trade secrets.
• Advise on open-source licensing, software IP and brand protection; train teams.
• Coordinate internal IP registration, review and risk procedures with external counsel.
• Advise on IP structuring in group reorganizations and corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate IP assignments, licences and transition agreements; assess risks.
• Coordinate cross-border legal input with internal stakeholders and advisers.
• Draft and review commercial, vendor and procurement contracts including NDAs.
• Support entity management, governance filings, and intercompany agreements.
• Maintain databases and monitor legal developments to support compliance.
