Responsibilities

• Oversee legal compliance and monitor legislative changes.

• Investigate complaints and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports on compliance status and risks.
• Support the legal advisor in litigation and legal research.
• Monitor local and federal regulations and amendments.
