Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent required.
- Master's degree in law preferred.
- Certified Legal Compliance Professional (CLCP) or Certified Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review specialized compliance methodologies and plans.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Provide specialized legal support on regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit legal compliance reports to management.
- Investigate complaints related to non-compliance and propose solutions.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness programs for staff.
- Analyze legal gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the department.
- Interpret laws and regulations in specialized fields.
- Periodically review policies to align with changes.
