Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to supervise tendering, contract formation, and administration. You will lead risk assessment, due diligence, and strategic contracting with internal users, ensuring optimal terms and high-value outcomes.

You will drive governance, mentor the team, and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to meet business objectives while remaining compliant with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in contracts management and administration.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred, with senior supervisory exposure.
• Professional certifications (CIPS, PMI, etc.) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts Planning: develop clear requirements and optimal contracting strategy; align with project scope and timelines.
• Oversee Contracting Process: manage bidders, evaluation, awards, due diligence, and final contract documentation.
• Oversee Contracts Administration: handle amendments, variations, claims, and dispute resolution with end users and legal support.
• Provide Management: supervise department resources, develop PDPs, and support UAE national targets and succession planning.
• Manage Budgets & Plans: input for department budgets and monitor expenditures against plans.
• Enforce Policies & Procedures: implement approved policies, processes, standards and internal controls.
