Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Contracts professional to lead centralized contract development and administration for high-value oil and gas projects. You will prepare, review and manage contracts from tender through closeout, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, risk assessment and coordination with end users, finance and legal teams to issue robust, fair agreements and resolve contract

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of in varied contracts development and administration related functions in an oil/gas.

Responsibilities

• Tender Planning, Contracts Strategy Development & Implementation: develop contracting activities plan for each tender and ensure all criteria are approved.
• Bid Negotiations: participate in negotiation meetings with bidders and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Tender Evaluation, Award & Project closeout: conduct techno-commercial evaluation and prepare Letters of Award and ensure contract execution.
• Variation order/Claim Management: evaluate claims and prepare recommendations to settle them.
• Generic Accountabilities: supervise staff, budget input and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
