Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Contracts professional to lead end-to-end contracting for heavy projects in oil and gas. You will develop tender strategies, coordinate with Finance and Legal, prepare LOAs, execute contract documents, and manage variations and claims.

You will ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, risk management, and timely closeout of contracts while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of in varied contracts development and administration related functions in an oil/gas.
• Technical understanding of building, reviewing and finalising various contracts and tendering process
• Good understanding of regulation and control and other relevant legal guidelines
• Good knowledge and experience in conflict avoidance and contracts dispute resolution

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting activities plan for each tender and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead techno-commercial bid evaluation and award negotiations.
• Prepare Letters of Award and coordinate contract document issuance and sign-off.
• Review claims/variations and advise on contract interpretations.
• Ensure HSE, governance and compliance across contracts.
