• Oversee and optimize procurement and contracts processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through tendering, evaluation and contract execution.
• Advise on contract risk, amendments and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of procurement plans and contracts strategy.
• Oversee tender documentation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Manage post-contract activities including amendments, variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC policies, standards and laws.
• Mentor and deputize for management when required.
