Archirodon is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee all contract aspects on a major UAE EPC project. The role requires deep experience in contract administration, risk management, and liaison with clients and third parties.

You will ensure alignment with project objectives, review and issue contractual correspondence, and coordinate with Legal & Contracts to address disputes, claims, and variations. Fluent English and extensive oil & gas contract knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction law.
• Minimum 15 years' experience, with at least 10 years as Contract Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• In-depth contractual knowledge.
• Full spectrum of contracts management including document review, correspondence, claims, disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure compliance with project contracts and advise the Project Manager accordingly.
• Prepare and handle all contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the Project execution and the construction contract.
• Ensure compliance to contractual obligations towards the Client during project execution and report to the Project Manager.
• Monitor and identify contractual and legal matters at project level and refer to the Project Manager or Contracts Manager as needed.
• Prepare specific contracts and other legal documents with Third Parties based on standard templates.
• Review proposals from suppliers/subcontractors and prepare routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
• Analyze and manage business conflicts between the company and the Client or Third Party and submit proposals to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Legal & Contracts to collect input related to litigation or arbitration and liaise for handling the matter.
