Job summary

Exergy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the administration, management and governance of commercial contracts across a diverse portfolio of regional projects.

Reporting to the Commercial & Contracts Manager, you will work with project management, finance, supply chain and operations to protect the company's commercial position and ensure effective contractual management throughout delivery, while supporting licensing and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in contracts administration or contract management.
• Experience within engineering, industrial services, oil & gas, manufacturing or EPC environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, variations, claims and subcontract management.
• Previous UAE or wider GCC experience.
• Exposure to ADNOC contracts would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• European candidates and Arabic speakers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from award through to close-out.
• Monitoring contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones and compliance.
• Managing variations, change orders and commercial implications arising from project changes.
• Supporting claims, extensions of time and contractual dispute resolution.
• Administering supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintaining contractual registers, risk reports and commercial documentation.
• Supporting UAE licensing, regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.

Working closely with the Commercial & Contracts Manager and collaborating with project management, finance, supply chain and operational teams, you will play an important role in protecting the company's commercial position and ensuring effective contractual management throughout project delivery.
