Job summary

Farnek Services LLC seeks a detail-oriented Contract Management Officer to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from award to closure. The role focuses on protecting revenue, mitigating risks, and ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs and payment terms.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in contract management or facilities management, strong negotiation and documentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Dubai-based position with cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or finance.
• 3–5 years in contract management, facilities management, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and commercial terms.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from award through execution to closure.
• Monitor contract milestones, renewals, and expiry dates.
• Ensure compliance with agreed scope, SLAs, KPIs, and payment terms.
• Track contract value, variations, change orders, and revenue performance.
• Ensure timely billing in line with contractual terms.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage claims, disputes, and contractual deviations.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Review performance reports and support corrective action plans.
• Support tender clarifications, negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, approval records, and audit-ready files.
• Prepare management reports on contract status, risks, renewals, and revenue.
• Maintain contract database and dashboards.
