Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Contracts Management Supervisor to consolidate and index contracts and related documents in the contracts database in collaboration with the business user department. The role coordinates cross-functional teamwork and acts as the interface for managing all contacts related to contracts.

Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in Engineering Purchasing or Planning Education.
• Industry experience in Supply Chain is preferable: Warehouse and Logistics Repair Management, Material Planning Support, Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing, Aircraft maintenance spares purchasing experience is preferable.
• Airlines or MRO Maintenance Repair Organization work experience will also be considered.
• Familiar with all corresponding repair warranty stores inventory technical production and quality interfaces.
• Familiar with aircraft systems including maintenance philosophies practices policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis related to all aspects of contract management and communicate to the Procurement team and other relevant business units.
• Support the Contracts Management Unit to develop and enhance the process and tools to deliver output efficiently with quick turnaround.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication of contractual matters including responding to queries and serving notices in accordance with contract terms.
• Manage contract management data, indexing and repository updates to ensure up-to-date information across departments.
• Follow up on POC data and ensure timely notices per contractual requirements and Emirates policies.
• Publish reports to stakeholders on operating leases, warranties, and contract compliance.
