Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Contracts Officer within Group Security - Business Support to manage contracts, maintain the contract database, and ensure legally sound and financially feasible agreements aligned with department goals.

In this role you will evaluate contracts, maintain a live dashboard with expiry dates and KPIs, coordinate with Legal, Finance and Facilities, conduct audits, and provide regular reports to support risk mitigation and operational excellence across Emirates

Qualifikationen

• Proven contract management skills with ability to review and ensure obligations are met.
• Strong negotiation skills to reach favorable terms for Emirates Group.
• Excellent attention to detail to interpret contract conditions accurately.
• Experience analyzing financial information in procurement or contract contexts.
• Ability to assess risk and support compliant, cost-effective contracting.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and analyse contracts and financial information for clients, vendors and suppliers; act as the first contact for contracting concerns to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a dashboard with expiry dates, KPIs and financial information for management review.
• Maintain the contract database for accurate, complete overviews of contracts processed by the Contracting Team.
• Ensure contracts align with Emirates Group standards and current templates.
• Provide contract status reports and highlight inconsistencies with recommendations.
