Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks a Senior Contract Specialist to manage end-to-end tender processes and contract development. You will act as a focal point between End Users and bidders, control bid issues, clarifications, evaluations and prepare award recommendations.

With a background in engineering and 6+ years in oil/gas procurement, you will lead contract development, ensure governance, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to close contracts successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 years in contract development in oil/gas or petrochemicals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial practices and contract law.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead issues and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ADNOC procurement processes and SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review End User contract requests and determine completeness for tender.
• Prepare bidders list and evaluate bids with management approval.
• Coordinate bid clarifications, site visits, and bid evaluations.
• Draft contract development plans and letters of award.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of contract files.
