Responsibilities

• Ensure commercial resources are adequate for project delivery.
• Maintain and manage project risk registers for early risk identification and contingencies.
• Implement and comply with NMDC Commercial Procedures at site level.
• Maximize cash flow through timely valuations, invoices, and receipt of payment.
• Ensure project teams have strong commercial understanding and motivate by example.
• Oversee timely procurement of sub-contractors.
