Monitor contractual compliance with legal, regulatory and internal standards.
Manage variations and claims lifecycle from identification to resolution.
Collaborate with project managers and procurement to mitigate commercial and contractual risk.
Maintain audit-ready contract documentation and support dispute resolution processes.
Prepare commercial and contractual decision reports for senior leadership.
