Job summary

CSCEC Middle East is recruiting a Senior Contracts & Commercial Director to lead the contracts & commercial team for newly awarded large-scale projects in Dubai. This role requires oversight of contract administration, stakeholder communication, and coordination with project leaders to ensure successful delivery.

The position will involve negotiating terms, maintaining contract documentation, and resolving variations across multiple parties including clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.
• Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.
• Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.
